When a counted spot opens, the next applicant receives an offer held for 72 hours. Approval creates the permit; it starts after the first payment or a staff action, depending on the payment arrangement.

Yes. Add a merchant, choose its lots and free-time limit, and send its sign-in link. The merchant issues single-use validation codes or QR links. Drivers get the validated time free and can buy eligible extra time. Validations use same-day, fixed-duration parking; they do not combine with promo codes, advance bookings, or event parking. Monthly statements and merchant invoices are available.

Lotably keeps 12% of what you collect online (at most 35¢ on a daily parking session), drivers pay no app fee, and no credit card is needed. Starter is $99 a month for up to 25 lots at 5%.

Sign up online at lotably.com/signup. Pick a plan, confirm your email, name your site, and sign the agreement electronically. Your account is live as soon as you sign up (on Starter, once your card or bank account is saved), so tickets, payments, and your public pages are on. Then add your lots, rates, and monthly parkers and connect your Stripe account from your dashboard.

Yes. Payments run on Stripe Connect as direct charges, so funds settle to your own Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money. The plan fee on payments collected online is the only platform charge on payments: the plan percentage, and on a daily parking session at most 35¢ (Free) or 25¢ (Starter).

Yes. Every account gets its own site at yourname.lotably.com with your logo, colors, document prefixes, timezone, and fines, so drivers see your brand on every ticket, receipt, and payment page. Custom plans can run on your own domain and drop the small “Powered by Lotably” footer credit.

The officer app is a web app that runs on any modern phone or tablet; a mobile printer adds printed slips. Pay-to-park needs nothing more than a printed QR poster.

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 2 active lots. Starter covers up to 25 for $99 a month, with no per-lot fee while your drivers pay through Lotably, and every lot shares your brand, fines, timezone, and payout account. More than 25 lots is a Custom plan, and to run several distinct brands, Custom plans give each brand its own workspace and payout account.

Yes. Import your monthly parker roster by CSV so enforcement checks against your existing permit holders, and enable Parking BOXX or ParkMobile sync and manual or CSV sessions together. Officers check those sources alongside Lotably passes and see warnings when relevant outside data cannot be verified. Other vendor connections require scoping and API access. Payments run through your own Stripe account, and license-plate recognition is built in, nothing extra to procure.
