Do we keep our citation revenue?
Yes. Payments run on Stripe Connect as direct charges, so funds settle to your own Stripe account. Lotably never holds your money. The plan percentage on payments collected online, one rate covering citations and daily parking alike, is the only platform charge on payments.
Is it really white-label?
Yes. Your logo, colors, custom domain, document prefixes, timezone, and violation catalog are all yours from day one. Drivers and staff see your brand, not ours.
What hardware do we need?
The officer app is a web app that runs on any modern phone or tablet; rugged handhelds with thermal printers add printed slips. Pay-to-park needs nothing more than a printed QR poster.
Can we run multiple lots or sites?
Yes. A single workspace runs as many lots as you like, and they all share its brand, fines, timezone, and payout account. To run multiple distinct brands, you set up a separate workspace for each, all managed from one platform.
Can we connect our existing parking hardware or import our parkers?
Yes. Import your monthly parker roster by CSV so enforcement checks against your existing permit holders, and pull paid-session data from a supported provider (such as Parking BOXX) so drivers who already paid aren’t cited. For anything without a direct integration, manual and CSV import work with any lot or vendor, and our session-provider architecture lets us add new integrations for your stack. Payments run through your own Stripe account, and license-plate recognition is built in, nothing extra to procure.
